Banana Caracas
- 4 bananas
- 2 vanilla sticks
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 tbs honey
- 4 shotglasses Kahlúa
- 4 scoops of rum raisin or coconut icecream
- 4 pieces of aluminium foil (about 25 x 25 cm)
- a couple of minth leafs
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180c (eq 356F)
Peel the bananas and put them in the middle of the aluminium foil
Open up the vanilla sticks in the middle and open up the halfs.
With the tip of a knife, scrape out the black seeds and spread on the bananas. Cut the vanilla sticks in half and lay one half on each banana.
Pour the honey and Kahlúa on top of each banana and fold the packages up in rectangles.
7 minutes in the oven and then put the packages on chilled platesso that the packages rise up.
Good with a scoop of ice cream and garnished with minth leafs.
