I get bored eating the same thing all the time as I know all of you do. SO on Easter I decided to get creative.
Ingredients 2 1/2" thick cut pork loin 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, light or dark 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Pre-heat an oven safe skillet, I use cast iron, on medium high heat. You want this so you get a good sear on your meat. Mix up the ingredients in a small bowl. Rub over the pork. Place pork in skillet and rub the second side. Let the meat cook 2-3then turn. Cover skillet and place in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375*F, or until done. Remove meat from the skillet and make your gravy. Sorry your on your own here because I do not measure when I make gray or a pan sauce. What I can tell you is I used some butter, flour and milk. the sauce will be on the sweet side due to the sugar. Plate meat and top with sauce/gravy. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
