* pseudo-Hawaiian stir-fry (a quickie): chunks of ham, green pepper, onion and pineapple

If not, I recommend Bulgarian chicken breasts marinated in yoghurt, with garlic, onion, paprika and (Italian) parsley. Disgustingly healthy, easy, and not time-consuming.

There's another Bulgarian recipe I've been meaning to try--potatoes with feta cheese baked in milk(?). Something like that, anyhow.

tonight it's rotini with fresh herbs, garlic, and deseeded/deplacenta'd(?) fatalii peppers in fake butter and oil.
