I just had the best dinner ever ... and I made it
![]() For the fennel potato gratin, check here: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/i...ipe/index.html Due to copyright issues, I don't want to, uhm, copy it... In addition to the ingredients for that, you'll need a couple of pieces of Chilean Sea Bass. Once the potato dish is done, take it out of the oven. Pre-heat a pan on medium-high. It should be smoking hot. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Brush with a touch of EVOO. Put the fish in the pan, and leave it for about 5 minutes. Flip it, and give it another 5 minutes on the other side. Serve with the fennel potato dish and vegetables of choice (carrots usually goes well with fish). Yum ![]()
