Default Easy breaded chicken.

What you need:
2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed.
1 egg.
1 piece of bread.
1/4 - 1/3 cup of flour.
salt.
pepper.
Chipotle chili powder.

General tips: Always use good ingredients, ok. You get a good meal cooking with bad food. If you wouldn't eat the bread, don't use it for bread crumbs. If you wouldn't drink the wine, don't use it for cooking.

Heat over to 325(F)

Toast the piece of bread for a little bit, enough to dry it out without turning it into charcoal. Toss in a blender and let it rip until you have nice little breadcrumbs.

Crack the egg and mix it up.
Mix the salt and the pepper with the flour.
Mix the Chipotle chili with the breadcrumbs.
Pat dry the chicken.
Cover the chicken in a nice coat of flour, then dunk it in the egg and then dunk it in the bread crumbs. Make sure you got an even coat.

Cover a cookie sheet with foil. Spray non-stick spray on the foil, then put the chicken on it. Put in oven for 45-60 minutes (depends on thickness of chicken).

Serve with rice and some vegetables (corn is always good with chicken).

You can put in as much or little as you want.
I can't eat spicy-hot food, so I season my food accordingly.
