Default Tj’s breakfast pizza

You need: A crust, some pizza sauce that you either buy or make.
Red peppers, sliced. Some onions, sliced. Baby Bell Mushrooms, fried up in a pan with some butter...and some Deans Sage Sausage, along with two eggs for later.

Start out making the mushrooms in a pan, then some DEANS SAGE SAUSAGE in also in pan. Put aside.
Then with the sauce down on the crust first, put some mozzarella cheese next, then the onions, red peppers, mushrooms, and then the sausage on top, filling out the spaces..Then some Mexican cheese blend on top.

Bake at 450˚ for ten minutes. At the one minute left mark, take two eggs and fry them sunny side up (one of mine busted this time, but you will see in the picture how it turned out), remove the pizza from the oven, place the eggs on top. Voila! Now you have the world famous TJ’S BREAKFAST PIZZA!.
