Man, I haven't had eel in like forever, lucky for me one of the best sushi houses in my town about 200 yards from me.....Umm getting hungry!

I'm a sushi wuss. I only like the cooked stuff. I get these spicy soft shell crab rolls from Whole Foods that are pretty awesome. Tempura rolls are good for me too. The raw stuff is just way too slippery for me. Just can't dig it.

A few years ago we had, I think just one sushi house then Toyota built a new plant in the next town over from us and now I think we have like 18 plus different places. We can even buy fresh sushi in the grocery stores now.

Mine would have to be Shrimp Tempura because I love spicy shrimp sooooo much.


And also toro, loveeeee tuna. My boyfriend and I went to Japan for my job once a year ago and although he hated me dragging him to restaurant, I had the best cuisine ever.

Start with some Miso soup, have a nice platter of sushi, and wash it down with an Asahi, yummmmm!
