I like wings but I can't do really spicy. There is a restaurant called Bill Bateman's down where I live and they have the best mild wings...just mild enough I can eat them but spicy enough to give them a nice kick and good flavor. Plus, Monday nights there are wing nights so you get a ton of wings for a really good price. Never done it but might have to one day...

Buffalo sauce is also one of the easiest things you can make.

How, you say?

Simple, I say!

1 bottle of your favorite pepper sauce (Frank's Red Hot is PERFECT!)
1 stick of REAL butter
1 saucepan
1 stove
1 spoon
1 medium to low flame
1 hand to stir with
Heat it up until the butter melts, let it simmer a spell, and yer done. There ya go! Easier than toast!

DELICIOUS on just about anything! Especially thinly sliced skin/boneless chicken breasts. Or what i do...

Chicken cutlets....dipped in milk/buttermilk...coated generously with flour....sauteed in oil until JUST done...toss em in the sauce....serve over mashed taters. Maybe some corn or somethin with it. Also, for the bleu cheese fans....mix it in with yer taters. OMG that's good eatin'!

sidenote: aside from the sauteeing part, this is a recipe the kids can help with. It's 100% doable to bring a stool by the stove for the kid to stir the buffalo sauce on a low flame. Just give em an apron and tell them not to lean over. The prep and all the rest they can pretty much do themselves.

Me? This is a quicky meal when i feel lazy. In fact, i think it's dinner tomorrow night.
