I was wondering if it is possiable to install a twin turbo engine in a New Beetle, trying to swap an Audi engine and get the pads for shifting on the steering wheel. Call me crazy!!!

anything is possiable with enough money however i dont think we have the room for an audi 2.7tt enging..could be wrong

There's no effective way of using all the boost. Plus its a lot easier and more efficient to just put in a larger turbo. For the TDI that means a VNT-20 and thats just for starters; there are countless other upgrades you need to do in order to make the drive-train strong enough also so you don't blow up your engine.

There's actually a small handful of people doing it on TDIClub.com and its quite amazing how much power our little 1.9L engines can put out. I'm talking numbers like 275Hp and almost 400lbs of torque.

It all depends on how much money, time and knowledge you have
