I think i would like to replace my motor in my 2.0 bug
but i cant find online where i can buy a complete swap?
i have a swapped honda, and there are just all kinds of motor swap packages for imports, can some one point me in the direction for someone who sells v-dub complete motors?

I know, here as well.
I am looking for a place that will ship me a close to brand new motor or something to my door to be put in.
I am just trying to see what a v-dub motor goes for.
my 2.0 has just gone to crap, and i am trying to decide if it is worth it to fix it.

what can i expect for the going rate on a motor swap on a beetle.
i am not looking for 1.8t or vr6, i am just planning on getting my beetle back the way it was..

yea those motors are like 5 grand, i am looking for something more like what the jdm motor sites have for hondas.
just a complete motor swap, that has been pulled from a doner vw.
or are vw 2.0l swaps not as in high as a demand as the jdm swaps?
and i will have to just search forums and junk yards for a good used motor?..

Try car-part.com. I just bought an engine for a swap I am doing. It won't hurt to try.
