Default Need Wire Diagrams

I am putting in a Mk4 vr6 in my 98 nb and need help with the wiring. I have most of it figured out but need to find out how to move the pinouts.

Cant any help me all I need is to know what to do with my ecu I have everything else.I want to try and get it running this weekend

Good Luck on the swap. I am not certified in engines yet, so I would hate to inform, and be wrong.

Be careful with those track diagrams. Their color coding can be a bit tricky. I did get through electrical, what exactly is the issue you are having?
