Beautiful Alpine Park in Rockford, IL The Stateline Volksfolks present their annual "Vintage Picnic #19" Sunday, July 16, 2006 9:00am to 3:30pm Alpine Park in Rockford, IL (Alpine Park is on Alpine Rd., just south of Business 20 (State Street). Just follow the signs into the park. $5.00 per VW - New & Vintage are Welcome!!! Spectators are FREE!!! Do not miss this event. Bring a picnic lunch, cooler (sorry, no alcohol), a blanket or some chairs. There will be door prizes and some very cool trophies!!! For more info, please contact VOLKSTOM@aol.com. Sunday is our hospital employee picnic which will prohibit me from attending this event. To all who go, have a great time and take lots of pics.
