Planning for WA Get together.

I had so much fun in Portland over the weekend, I think I am going to start planning a real WA get together... Even Oregonians are welcome of course:P I figure if the weather holds up like it has we may have time yet before the Autumn sets in too much in the coming weeks...

So if you have a beetle, or know someone who does... Lets put our thinking caps on and get things started...

We could do a coastal run... Go down to OceanShores or something, maybe longview.. Or Something closer to home, and just fill the parking lot of a restuarant to freak out the tenants...

I dunno... I figure plan now for whenever is best. Put in your 2 cents.

We just had our yearly gtg... I missed it... and every fall there is a gtg, for a drive way up north, and a excellent mexican meal...

If you serch for our gtg's you can see where we go... but go ahead and plan one, I will make at least one, this year. LOL!!

Well I suppose if you wanna drive up to WA, you are more than welcome to once we get something together... Its quite the trek though.

After our discussion earler in the year and also seeing on the vortex, I wouldn't mind still taking a trip to Levenworth. The town looks really neat and would be great sceanery in the fall. Just an idea if anyone is up for it. That would probably be more of an all day trip then just a meeting for lunch but still would be fun.

Well Leavenworth might be fun... THat would have to be a request the day off for some, or weekends for some and days off for others... or something... I have not been there in forever, so that might be fun.

I'd do it before Octoberfest.. Way to many people on that weekend, crazy drunks... and yes, some do drive drunk. Every year its the same... ( I have been at least ten times.) I live a hour away..

Ya if you are planning a meet in Levenworth, there is a huge audi meet at that time there as well. Im up for coming out to a beetle meet. It would be my first and October mid month would be good (10.14 or 10.15)

I spent many hours at the air musuem in McMinville, OR, taking black & white pictures. They landed me a 1 year scholarship for college up here. I need to do some more photo's soon
