SoCal VW Show-May 19th

Inland Valley Volkswagens and Wolfsburg West are hosting Springfest 2007 on May 19th from 9AM-2PM at Wolfsburg West in Corona. Fees are $15 per show vehicle, general admission to spectators is free! The show is open to ALL VW's, air and water cooled. There is a seperate awards class for the watercooled, as well as being in the running for the other awards--Best Custom, Diamond in the Rough, Daily Driver, etc.
There will be a live blues band, slow drags, balloon toss, and activities for the kids. Even if you don't enter the show, come on down for some fun!

Me, JB and the whole JB family will be there!

This is going to be the first show that I actually 'enter' JB in. Should be very interesting!

Glad to hear you're coming Aura! JB is a definite show worthy ride from the pics I've seen. Oh, and btw, your account is activated over on the IVVW Forum.

If you still feel that way, come on out and hang out with us anyways. You'll have a good time. We've booked the Kyle Culkin band to play again, he's gotten great responses the last two shows he played for us. Check out his website and listen to some of his songs.

As of now, I'll be showing my NB also. Don't know if I'll have someone to drive my 71 'vert, and by entering my NB, Aura's JuggBugg won't be lonely if no one else from here comes. I might even enter it into the slow drag contest.

Hey Aura, over the weekend, my dirty Beetle and a few of the SoCalNB crew cruised through Palm Springs on our way up to Idyllwild. I was hoping JB and our group would cross paths.

Wolfsburg West is at 2850 Palisades Dr, Corona,Ca.92882. Take the 91 West to Serfas Club Dr exit, turn left and go to Palisades, turn right. The show is in the Wolfsburg West lot on the left hand side less than a 1/2 mile down. We open the lot for the participants at 8, the show officially starts @ 9.
Entry is $15 per car, spectators are free. We have a live blues band, raffle and 50/50 drawing, plus a jumper, face painting, balloon animals, etc. for the kids. Contests during the day are the water balloon toss over the VW Bus, Slow Drags, and more.

cough..cough...cough..ah-ah-ahhh-ahhhhhhCHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Man, there's a nasty cold that's going around Norco lately, it lasts for a few days and it usually hits people on Friday mornings. ( hint-hint! )
If you don't come down with it, come on out around 8 or so and just hang out until 9:30 with us. I'm one of the guys handling the entry registration, so you can get in early.
