Des' and I need to get together this weekend to do some business, he suggested an impromptu GTG. Anyone available??

Hey i'm here. I might be able to make it tomorrow. Don't know if I can hang for long- got company in from out of town. Plus Cup is a mess- another interior mod in the works, but I might be able to make it.

Same here, Hobbes is a mess, but a MAJOR interior mod, thanks to Des, is on its way!!

Sorry I couldn't make it to the GTG. At 10:00 I was up to my eyeballs in pancake batter making breakfast, while trying to get 5 beer can chickens seasoned and ready to put on my somker. And on top of all that, I really wanted to squeeze some time in to finish up this interior mod for Cup. I've been working on if as much as I can for the past month and it looks like I might finish it by the end of this week.

Mike said that he's down for a Baseball GTG at Gators Dockside. How bout in 2 weeks?

That sounds good, Al. We can probably make that work.

My interior mod would be done except for the dang heat. I only got a little done, it was too hot to be holed up in a pod...it is supposed to cool down later in the week.

Cool. I'll spread the word to Mike. And I wish it were cool. Even in the shade of my garage, i'm melting in this heat. I need to sweat off a few lbs., so i'll grin and bear it

Glad you're in Des. Yeah baseball isn't everyone's cup of tea. I watch it rarely- maybe it's because my Phillies are stuck in mediocrity. Baseball is one of those things (live attendance or watching on tv) where your main focus is really not on the game. You're just hanging out with friends eating a little, drinking a little and in between, you watch what's happening on the baseball diamond. Just another reason for us to hang out ya know.

So let's start a Saturday Baseball thread and get a date ironed out huh?

A Suns game would be great. However, it'll be easier just to go to Gators Dockside on a Saturday- A guarantee for a televised game.

Agreed on the first statement. I just don't want to prolong a GTG just to fit a Suns game in our schedules. Even so, I think we need to get a Baseball GTG in the works. I'll fire one up.
