Hey, hey, hey!! How have you been? Yes, if I go I will be bringing the youngsters. Elizabeth is already 4 months old and Michael would have a blast there. I hope the weather holds up better this year than last. Besides, I have to be there to defend my 3rd place win from last year, and maybe even get more.

BTW: Do you still need the black mats? I still have them. Let me know and I will bring them with me.

The weather is supposed to be nice for Sunday. Thursday and friday rain. We'll see. What time do they give out wins? I need to leave by 2 or so.

I was looking for you Only 2 NB's I don't know who's they were. A Herbie and a techno blue. I only have a couple of pics. I love the lowrider! I chatted a bit with Kirk but then had to leave. The rt66 crew hadn't shown up yet. I have a feeling they were caught in traffic. Here's what I have.

Well....if I had been at "BUGFEST" just lounging around instead of "working" I probably could have walked around and taken some pictures. As it was, I didn't even get a chance to vote. Oh well......

The Rt. 66 caravan cruised in about 2:30. They got hung up in traffic on 80/94 near the Indiana/Illinois border. Typical on a Sunday afternoon. Each NB was presented with a "BUGFEST 2007" plaque and I gave them the "Welcome" sign that was posted at the entrance to the show.

I couldn't believe that there were only two New Beetles entered in the show this year. I guess the excitement has subsided....

Next show is in Rockford on July 15th - mark your calendars and be there!!! I'll post the details later.
