So far so good, these guys are treating me tops. I go in to cut and program a simple key...and they kindly covered the tow charge and the diagnostic charge when Rodney decided that he didn't like his keys while driving on 495 on the way home.They also dropped me off at a friend's house.

The service writers like to talk VWs, air and water cooled, and the techs even come over to say hello.

Most of the time, I have been very wary of taking Rodney to the dealer, not only for the expense, but because something else ends up broken (Mirror knobs, armrest lids, gouged doors and fenders...it goes on)

Lindsay and Karen Radley are the only two that I have been at so far where I almost don't mind paying the dealer, because they actually care about the customer.
