Addco ROCKS!!!
i am literally floored at the fact that GREAT customer service still actually exists somewhere!!!
Here is a lil' story for yall.
My antiswaybar's end link rusted through. Winter in NY is not kind on underbelly of cars and sway bar had been on there for quite a few years. No huge surprise there. So, I call ADDCO with an intention of purchasing spare. I get to talk to a genetelmen named John and i tell him that i want to get replacement for my rusted end link. He asks me what car its from and ... tells me he will WARRANTY those and all i need to pay for is SH! There was no mentioning from me at any point that i wanted a freeby! I did not (Though saving like $20 or whatever is super cool!)No one asked for any sales receipts, dates of purchase, who installed it, etc NON of that BS. Guy took the fact that their product installed on my car as a fact, and ran with it. WOW!
That is THE way to go!! He totally stood by the product and pprovided best service i could be possibly asking for. That is flipping awesome, especially from a big company like that!!!
Now we just need to get him to tech this kind of thing to way too many lameass companies who kick you to the curb after they take your money!
