Greetings VW nB community,
Just want to give a shout out to a mighty fine CERTIFIED VW mechanic and fellow orger.... Justin aka the The Cheat, owner of "Rotors to Motors" auto repair...Dr. Dub Justin has been very helpful with coaching me along with repairing my nB, via phone. His big time knowledge of VW's and the nB have made my DIY repair experience much easier than I imagined. Not only has Justin dispensed his knowledge my way, but He does big-time VW repairs as well, which many orgers have taken advantage of. So big ups to Dr Dub and Rotors 2 Motors. To those of you who have had Justin render service and or advice, please give the man some props and swing some biz his way ![]()

dont know who justin is, but the TheCheat is freakin amazing.
who needs a bentley when you have him on speed dial.there are only 3 people i'd trust working with my car. he's one of the 3. things he's help with. sway bar issues. timing belt setting timing again and again decking the head. over heating mk2 and mk3 jetta stuff that your guys dont care about. we swap techincal mods over the phone pretty regular making the 2.0 8v faster than the 1.8 20v all this done over the phone. cant imagine what we'd come up with if we lived i nthe same area. no i know. a Beetle Gt with a 24v vr6 with a holset turbo strapped to the back of it with a tdi trans equiped with a quiaf and slammed on some 18x10 ferrari wheels with a rotor to motors skid plate to the vr's private parts.lol but since we dont gonna have to settle for the 16v 2.0t Last edited by raymondlee; 03-02-2010 at 01:47 PM.. |

SHE'S ALIVE!!!!
SHE'S ALIVE!!!! SHE'S ALIVE!!! Thermostat/water pump/ timing belt/tenisoner/roller....INSTALLED! after a quick jump and a few tries of starting her after over 3 weeks, She's come back to life! She seems to be in time as well- sounding great! I'll go back under the hood and let her run for a bit to double check, then i'll get Cup all reassembled and buttoned up for a nice drive around the city. Thanks beyond words to Justin/The Cheat for his contribution to this effort as technican advisor. Couldn't have done it without you Obi Wan! Folks we have a great resource in Justin. If you're in the CT area or not too far away, it would be worth your while to let Dr. Dub do te right thing for you VW! |

Im as happy as a punchbuggy!! Justin didnt know us from a hole in the ground, but made the trip from CT to NH to do a timing belt on my 98 newbeetle. He kept in very good communication with us in the weeks leading up to the day and gathered all the parts necessary for the job. Showed up exactly when he said he would and got right to work. The initial job took just over 3 hours, but then it was discovered the water pump was defective, and he then went over and above tearing it down and getting the replacement water pump just as our local parts store was about to close and re-assembled all again. He worked well into dark and the car has never sounded as awesome as it does right now. I really feel, not only do I have an awesome vw mechanic, we have a friend. Im sure you fellow vw lovers can understand when I say, what a blessing it is to have someone care as much about your car as you do !! He is worth his weight in gold and then some...I only wish I had more than 2 thumbs, so I could give them all up to TheCheat...YAY JUSTIN....
