Online search system is a good one and each car has 20-30 pictures posted. Transfer of my bug from New England to Ohio was simple (though a bit pricey, I think). They treated my bug and me great. They were courteous through the entire process, even when I had a 3 yr old with me for the test drive and paperwork process. I know I paid on the high end of KBB, but I got a low mileage bug in a color I liked with the important features I wanted. They don't have diesel onsite and the inside folks apologized that they couldn't fill the tank, but the garage guy doing final prep drove it a block over to a station and filled the tank before handing it over to me - very nice. I recommend the Columbus-Easton location in Central Ohio. Can't speak to any other of their locations
