Well, I know that the dealerships around here couldn't get rid of them. Some of them shipped them to other dealers and others still have them on the lots. This is funny cause they wouldnt let me out of my lease to get one, so I ended up getting one 250 miles away and they still have theirs.

I have only seen one other besides mine on the road. So I'm not sure it's cause they sold well. My guess is, they had leftover parts.

That is sweet, I love it... I wish they would bring back a redesigned Turbo S, and make it in all the Color Concept colors, wouldn't that be sweet...

Thanks, SMG....Nice pics. It's just as purty as I remembered it! I'm not sure about that decal, and I'm not sure that I'd leave it.

I've seen as many as 6 07 W-3s on ebay at the same time. The day that we bought ours, I saw 2 others on the streets in Wilmington, and I've seen 3 or 4 since then. I can't believe that there were only 3K of them made!

Several people have stopped us to ask about it....they say it's the "cutest" ever! As far as "what VW is celebrating now"....They're just trying to sell cars, and the white on white sure seems to be a hit. Go VW!

Yeah....I was sorta expecting a larger one also. If I were to get a W3, I think I'd prolly get one of the larger spoilers and get it painted white.

it has many option installed minus the foglights.
the price, ..$26k

i love the outside look, but the white inside?..
nahhh!..i'm not gonna survive the white color inside
i'm pretty sure i will have more attention in cleaning the interior..rather than driving it..

btw,
i saw that car at Riverside VW (SoCal) in case anybody interested. they park it inside the main showroom.

Sticker price on the one that I saw at the Jacksonville NC dealer was slightly over $22K. That included a CD changer and everything that the above picks show. Foglights are not an option, but I find that the low beams illuminate the roadsides and ahead as well as my previous rides that did have the foglights.

So far, the white interior has not been a problem at all. I can't say that the Salsa red with a cream interior would be a bad choice, however. I also wouldn't have been unhappy with the Harvest Moon, or any of the light blue colors. Usually in a particular vehicle, I have one specific color that I think looks best, but in this case, I would be happy with most of the colors. I bought the W3 mainly for the white interior.

ok, so i had to go to the dealer this morning to drop Lennon off....he's having window issues and I saw one of these. They're nice, but I like mine better.

The real reason i'm posting is I inquired about the decal and the mats. They are looking to see if I can order the W3 decals and mats for Lennon.

I will keep you all updated.

Some bad shots at that, but it was on the back lot of my dealership in Stuart, Fl. Hope these come through OK.
The interior was in heavy plastic. It had a W3 decal under the mirror in silver. It was listed for about $22,200. No mention of the roof spoiler on the sticker.

i actually saw a page for one of these in a small brochure i picked up at the dealer a couple months ago...i didn't know if it was something they'd actually end up producing though.

i think its pretty cool, but overall it would look so much better without the stupid antenna on top.
