I saw my first 08 Triple White today. SWEET! Other than being all white, it has two distinquishing bits. A distinctive spoiler at the top of the rear window, and a small DUBYU-3 decal below the outside rearview mirror. Very nicely done.

It was just unloaded from the truck at the VW dealership in Jacksonville, NC. It's not sold, in case anyone is interested.

I think it also has some special floor mats, white stitching, and a beetle logo on the headrest.

Sorry....I didn't take any pics, and the dealership is 50 miles away.

There is a Beetle imprint on the headrests, and the stitching matches the white leatherette (just like on the 07 NBC W-3s). The mats were in the trunk, and they did look different through the plastic, so maybe.

VW is just beginning to ship to the dealers, so most dealers will have one soon, but I doubt they will last long.

PS....I think that it's gonna be a limited production, so get em while they last. Also....If anybody is interested in a new W-3 NBC (07), a dealer in Fargo has one for sale. I think $21 or 22 will buy it.

Interior sounds the same as last year, it's the spoiler I'm interested in seeing, it would have too be small to fit under the top so the trunk can open. Odd about that badge too...

I did a search online and several VW dealers have triple white COUPES in stock with white leatherette. I haven't found any pics yet. Looks like a silent special edition!

Oh yeah, I think they are all S models with automatics. Maybe VW had some leftover TW parts?

Not marketed that way anymore, I've yet to see a single male driver of an '06+ NB in Miami to date.

Nope....That's not it. Wrong wheels....no spoiler...no decal... no chrome pipes. I'm not sure what that is, but it's not the W3.

Interesting....I'll keep looking, I think this is a triple white, because of the seats, but I don't know

I sat in it. I touched it. I opened the sunroof. I OWN an 07 convertible. I read the window sticker ($22,380msrp)

Hmmmmmm....I'm wondering if the "Triple White" is a PIO?? That sure is a pretty car, JB, but it's not what I saw. It had Octopus wheels, a spoiler that looks a lot like the turbo, and a distintive gray/black sticker under the door mirrors. I watched em pull off all that white plastic sheeting that covers the new cars.

It seems weird that they would put the emblem on the coupe and not on the convertible, since everyone knew about the convertible months before it hit the lots and nobody here even heard about this.

Actually, I HEARD about the TripleWhite coupe a couple of months ago. The dealer had a brochure with info and a pic. It just showed the front of it. I'll see if I can find it around the house somewhere.

OK...I found it. It's in the center of the 08 brochure, and it clearly shows the W3 decal. I've had the brochure since November.

And, they're calling it a sedan rather than a coupe.

Well, thats one month....not months...

I just found it odd, why put it on one and not the other. Also, how is it triple white?

I always joke that my triple white isn't exactly triple as I have a black top, but the white boot makes it "triple." What makes this triple? the car, the seats, and ???

It's in my first post.....a spoiler, is the third white. I didn't design it....I'm just the messenger. I'm thinking the vert should have a white top also, but the black is very pretty and striking.

PS....First of November to the end of December is 2 month(s) in my book.
