Thumbs up Fred Vincent willoughby Hills Ohio

I recently bought my NB "Loco" from them and i must say they are the nicest people around. My father and I stopped by there on a chance that they had a used NB and to look at Mazdas (its a VW/Mazda dealership). Once we got there we went to look at Mazdas and the dealers are very informed on their product and on what the customers want. After seeing the mazda my dad asked if they had any used NB's and they had 3 NB's in automatic... all in the same price range but they were yellow, blue and Platnium gray. the dealer was at easy in answering questions of a hyper active 19 year old(me). They were straight foreward on the lowest price they would go for instead of leading my dad and I on and asking how much we wanted to pay (we were asked that once at a hyundai dealership and of course my father said "nothing"). Also a week after i got my bug my break light switch thingy malfunctioned after a huge storm we had and the tow company couldnt get it to the dealership till early the next morning. which was fine because it was in front of my bestfriends house in a good neighbor hood so I wasnt scared or anything. while the next afternoon less than 16 hours after the break light switch thingy malfunctioned I had my car back from Fred Vincent and it worked perfectly. They also noticed something else and replaced it imediately as well. They are very good about this things and I love the VW warranty! Anyways I would say to go to Fred Vincent for your next VW if you live in the cleveland area

I am glad you had SUCH a great time with them cuz in my opinion THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!! (and I have heard this from a number of people in the area)

I went to Classic.....Fred Vincent is so close to me I can walk there.....
Every time (3) I went there to look/buy.....they were too busy, no one was around, or they just flatly blew me off....They never have ANY cars in stock.....

If you ever get tired of them....Classic VW is the
BEST in the area!

My opinion!!!!!!!!

I have heard great things about classic from other VW owners but from my dad's experience with them and mine I like Fred Vincent
When i was there to look at the car, test drive the car, and buy the car all the sales people were very attentive to the other customers around and they were showing them all the cars. When i went to buy Loco there was another family buying a volkswagen. But we all have different experiences at different places
So can we agree to disagree?
I must say though if you get a VW in Cleveland go to Fred Vincent or Classic stay away from Ellacot (is that spelled right)Everyone i know hates them

Yes your right! Shaker Ellacott is THE WORST!!!!! I went to to test drive one on a SUNDAY at the very end of March...and they wouldn't get off their...(YOU KNOW WHATS) to scrape the snow off THE car I wanted..... or any one.

So......They didn't get my business. I have a very good friend who's Mom use to work there in the office...for like 17 years...and when they were bought out.......two years ago or more....they let her go.

(and man does she have a vw toy collection!!!!)

I would have to say that I had a AIMs test done at Fred Vincent Way before you had to go to a testing station, and the service dept was nice. Maybe things are better over there...my experiences were more than 4 years ago.

But leme me tell you.....and there are CERTIAN people on this site that will back me up BIG TIME.........if you go to Classic and speak to any of the service dept guys/gals and mention me......I guarantee you will be VERY PLESANTLY SUPRISED !
