I just wanted to leave a short comment about West Houston VW. I know that there are some people out there that may have had a bad experience but my experiences in purchasing and maintenance have been nothing but outstanding. The dealership uses all the latestest Internet tools to keep you informed of upcoming maintenance and recalls. Their service manager is exemplary and will take time to speak with you if you have a specific question regarding warranty or other work to be performed. I have purchased six cars from these folks over the years and each experience is better than the last. If you are looking to get a good honest deal, speak with their Internet Manager John, ask him for his best price and then shop around and compare. He has always given me the best price first and is willing to find your color and mechanical combination. I rate these guys nine out of ten; lets face it everyone needs some improvement.
