Yeah, this is a long shot, but my partner and I recently invested in three condos in Lyndhurst OH.

These 1 bedroom, 1 bath units feature updated interiors (new paint, some new appliances, etc), steam-cleaned carpeting (professionally done), and many extras all in a quiet, clean complex.

Each unit is roughly 900 square feet, and have:
-- a 12' x 22' lving room
-- a 12' x 18' bedroom with two large closets
-- a galley style kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal
-- a 11' x 11' dining room with sliding glass door that leads to a recessed 8' x 8' balcony
-- air-conditioning
-- each unit also has a detached enclosed garage space

The condos are located in Georgetown of Lyndhurts complex. Complex ammenities include:
-- beautiful in-ground LARGE pool with sundeck, lifeguard, and lounge charis
-- on-site laundry facilities
-- Party room so you can have larger get-togethers there
-- Guest suite (Mom and Dad/family members can stay in this siute, not at a hotel)

Georgetown of Lyndhurst is seconds form I-271 and jsut a few minutes from Legacy Village, Beachwood Place, Eton Collection, John Carroll University, and Ursuline College. Most uints (80%) are onwer-occupied, so all units are well maintained.

Rent is $775 a unit. Security deposit plus first month's rent due at lease signing.
