Convertible Top Cover

Just got a '06 Convertible. Any ideas where I can purchase a cover for the top when the top is up? I have to leave the car outside and want to protect the top.

Bugs-Go-G0 sells one, I am not sure of his price. I have one that I purchased off eBay that goes on when the top is down and similar to this style but used only when top is down. Here is a photo of the one from Bugs-G0-GO. Neither are water proof, so if you are looking for water proof you need to get the full cover.

I use a feature in Internet Explorer that will translate the site into English. Everything is converted, but sometimes the English is not to good. Just right click on a page and select Convert to English from the drop down window.

Found a person who makes one on eBay. They make them for the Beetle ,but don't have them listed. I was going to get one for my Boxster S.

I just got one from this guy, after clicking your link. He was very nice, and easy to work with.

Since I couldn't give him eBay feedback, because I bought directly, I told him the least I could do was recommend him to my NBC friends. It hasn't been installed on the car yet, as I am giving it as a gift, but I can tell that it's high quality, and hardy. I got the black one, and paid $60 shipped.

So, there you go.

I purchased the tan version for $60 shipped and I received it yesterday; I have not tried it yet, but an inspection reveals a high quality product. The seller shipped using USPS Priority Mail (insured) and I had it in two days. I will post photos later. I now have both the top down cover and the top up cover boy am I lame or just have too much time and money.

This is the top down version, also purchased from eBay. While this is my car in the photo opportunity, I am not associated with the seller in any way, other than to lend him a photo to use so other vert owners could see how it looked on a convertible. Go to URL:

Got mine yesterday, too. I think it's gonna be great!

But the real reason for this post: After seeing those pics, you really need to start a picture thread in the Photo forum of that awesome NBC!

Okay, I will have to dig up some of my photos and get them posted. I have been doing a few things with the car and maybe I can get them all up in the photo forum.

Thanks for link Duffy. I didn't see the interior cover. A good deal though on the full size cover.
