Well well lookey here. Hey Daze
. How goes it??. If you can't find anyone with dash pieces for sale, i'd say just paint the pieces black it just might be cheaper than buying parts. Besides, you know you'll still have to wrestle and deal with the peeling of the factory rubbery surface. Get you a good black plastic paint and paint her up. if you don't want the gloss of the paint, just put a matte sealer over it to mute the gloss. Being that the B/F dosen't like the yellow (shame on him), He should be more than eager to give you a hand- at least I would hope so. Any manly man would do that for his boo.![]() You know we'll help you through the painting process if you need it.

I'd leave it yellow if i had done a better job and did a non-gloss finish. the clear cote made it shiny (never expected it beore) ad didnt think a thing about it. he's supposed to call me alter so im going to ask Darin (the bf) if he wants to "help me"*** sand all those modified yellow pieces to paint them black or if he'd go to a junk yard to help me find the pieces. Idk the numbers of the pieces and being a woman i think they'd get all the money they can out of me. I'd rather get the rubbery stuff so it'll match. the 4 easy pop-out pieces liek tha one that holds the bud vase, etc, they are painted black but still look horrible. i think factory would best do as far as money goes. if a junk yard dont have what i am looking for or anyone on here, then i'll get it new thru dealership. i dont want scratches. and then, after i get those back in, i'll sell my yellow pieces (if i dont repainted them and stuff) for cheap to anyone on the org! better than just throwing them away, someone may be wanting yellow parts anyhow! i did to begi nwith! well, ttyl. thanks for the help! and spread the word that im' looking for those parts!

I'll spread the word. Whatever you do, don't throw away your parts. What you consider as junk/trash, someone can make a treasure out of them. You'ld be suprised on how great of a paint job you can accomplish if you don't rush it. Just take your time sweets and you'll see the beauty of your work shine through. I know you've got school, a b/f and a social life- saving every dollar you can will be something you'll be thankful for in the long run.
