Fs: 3/4 Scale Chopper

I have a 3/4 chopper that I built 2yrs ago. It has a 9hp motor and many other goodies. I have it listed on ebay and have 3000 in it. Not looking to get that out just to get it gone. I don't have the room anymore. I would like to trade for an older vw beetle pre 70 also.

Is it road legal? Or is it a "chopper minibike" that you cruise around the yard on? Just wondering...

I was told that I could make it road legal very easy. In Ga anything over 100cc is able for this. This motor is 319cc. It would have to be inspected by a law officer and he has to sign off on it. I just never did it.
