So I've never really figured out what is different about these. Are they more like the lights on the BMW's that make a circle? Are they a different bulb? I am interested.

They fit mine (03 Turbo S), I tested them to make sure they worked, and as far as I can tell they should never go out, as they are LED powered. Here is the How-To...

So, would you just buy these, plug and go? Or is there extra things you need to do to modify your existing headlamp holes? I read the old thread (thank you, by the way!) and I just saw how to make them. Is it hard to make them work in your car? I really really like these a lot...

It appears he's selling them as the entire light and housing, so all you'd need to do is pull out your current lights and put these puppies in.

As far as the mod itself, its basically plastic rod that's been heated and bent into a circle with L.E.D's inserted into it to make it glow blue. Its a time consuming mod so here all the works been done for you, not to mention you get another complete pair of headlight housings.

Those are on a regular NB, not a turbo S so they should fit anything from 98-05 without a problem, atleast that's what's shown in the picture. If you're wondering more about them then check out this thread, a lot of ?'s were answered here Angel Eyes/Halos

These won't really have a pattern b/c the light isn't emitted forward. They're mainly just lit enough that they catch your eye. They're just like the ones found on BMW's, not used for driving just some interesting styling. Think of them more as running lights instead of headlights.

True, and I really don't want to hook them up again.

So there is another light then that you use as your main headlight, right?

These are added to your regular headlight housings, so your DRL's, if not disabled, and your headlights still function normally. These sit in front of the projector lens. The rings that are used are clear and won't affect the performance of your headlights so you won't notice a difference in them when you're driving at night.
