How much is the monthly fee for the radio package? And is it easy to install?

Jen, the wire from the receiver to the antenna is all there. You might have a friend help you. The wire can run under the dash piece, up the pillar, under the side trim of the headliner, out the hatch, and to the magnetic antenna.

I think if you call Sirius and ask, you can get a good deal on a one year or two year package, since you would already have the equipment. When we first got it, we paid $99 for one year, under $10 per month. A bargain, in my opinion.

I think you will love it. I do!

Cool

I'll personally vouch for the Sirius service. I already own an S-50, otherwise I'd jump all over this deal. Great offer, Deb...

Can it be installed at the same time as the ipod adapter?

I would think they are completely separate installations. But, I do not even pretend to be an expert.

I had it running through FM, but it could have been hard wired to play through the CD button. If I didn't have a changer at the time, I would have done that. But, I had it set to play with an FM channel.

If you were to hook this up, you want it to activate though CD, so the IPod thing I don't know about.

Hmmm, well the ipod runs through the CD button. So your saying you set your FM radio to like 106.7 and it played the Sirius?

Siruis can be run severally different ways. I prefer using the FM Transmitter so you set the station to a vacant/static station and set the Siruis headunit to that same FM station and your Siruis will play through it. There is also a cassette adapter you can use and there is one more option that I can't think of.

If anyone has any questions about how it works and such feel free to PM me and I will try to answer you the best that I can.
