How's the interior? Did you get the clutch fixed? Sunroof drain unclogged?

Your car is beautiful. Best of luck to you, and I hope your NB DYCC goes to a loving new home!

AAAAAIIIIIIGH.

You have my car!!!!

Ok... you have the car I've been looking for.

But it seems the poor thing has a troubled past. How's the little thing doing now? The miles are good, the color is smoking

So just curious, the little issues you had , the loose rack, leaking oil issues, have those been dealt with or does it still need some TLC?

Thanks!

I think it's finally ok for a minute. I want to sell it quick before something else happens! The rack was completely replaced and it has 4 new tires. I never had oil leaks (knock on wood). The drains are fine. The brake light switch, coolant temp sensor, and MAF were recently replaced. The interior is fine.

I've never loved a car so much, but it costs more to maintain than I can afford. Unfortunately. Also, I have bad knees, and the stick shift is killing me.

P.S. I have the paperwork for everything I've had done to it.

I don't suppose I could get a couple pictures of the interior please?

I wonder how long it would take to drive from Virginia to Washington state....... *thinks*

Sure, I'll take some pictures as soon as I can, probably tomorrow morning. It'll be dark by the time I get home tonight. As far as I can tell, there are no flaws on the interior. And I'd be glad to pay your hotel overnight if you want to come out here and get her. Edit: or you're welcome to the couch. :-D

The Check Engine Light is back on, 34.7 miles driven since it was in the garage, so I have to take it back this weekend and he said he needs to keep it overnight. Nobody can find anything wrong with it and it drives great, but the light keeps coming on.

Thanks for the compliments!

Just for fun, check the MAF and all of the various hoses. Perhaps one of them is rotted and needs to be replaced.

Volkswerks notes say : noted air injection hose connection lock at airbox broken, hose is secure

zat mean anything?

At the risk of sounding crazy, Mercury is retrograde and I hate to take the car to the shop during Mercury retrograde, so I might let it wait until the end of March.

Sounds like you had a hose come loose and they supposedly fixed it. I'm wondering if it popped off again. The air box is the big black shoe-box looking thing in front of the battery on the driver's side. It is pretty big - you can't miss it. There is a big hose coming off it going up towards the firewall. There may be a smaller hose coming off the side of the box going going down and to your left. Check that one. I believe that is the one they were saying came loose and they reattached.
