FS: 6 Disc Changer
this is made by a different company but plugs right in where the stock one goes. bought from here on the org but im not sure if it works or not. they said it worked when pulled. i just want my money back out of it. so $80 shipped to the first buyer. i take paypal.

MAN! And that sounds like a good deal. When i found my car on the lot for sale it had the changer. When i went to buy the car it was missing. But of course the dealer could "get" me one for $250. UH HUH! What is the brand of this changer you have?

i truthfully have no idea. it doesnt have a brand name on it. it might be a model of VWs but it doesnt look like the one i had. it has a round connector then an adapter to make it rectangle so thats what made me think it wasnt stock. the part number is SCD-VW44 so it was made FOR a VW i think but i dont know who made it.

free bump for a good seller...USA Spec is the brand...Crutchfield sells them for $270
I have heard they work great. I helped a friend get one for her Jetta LONG before I ever got a Beetle. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-0TX1aLq...p?i=581SCDVW44 Couldn't you hook it up, in your car or a friend's, (not sure of your audio setup) and check if it works? Just a thought.

i dont have a stock radio. and i hooked it up in a friends beetle but hers wasnt hooked up for a 6 disc and i heard you gotta vag com them to tell them its there. never had a chance to try it after i got my vag com. dont really have too many friends yet vdub ones.
