Strange Email

I just got an email from the Mayor of Jacksonville. Now this wouldn't be strange if it were meant for me, but it's an answer to some lady about a stollen car. Me thinks he hit the wrong mailing list when he sent it out.

Not only that, but it was also sent to about 200 other people. The "To" list was incredibly long.
