I'm sure BaldyLox could tell you that this guy's verbal intimidation and blocking your way (forceful confinement ?) were not within the law. I had a smaller incident, minus the keying a few months back. I didn't leave my bug until he took off because that's what I was afraid he would do.

They have convicted people of aggravated menacing for this type of behavior where I live. A message needs to be sent here--to this guy and others like him.

I tend to agree being in my similar situation. The guy was following me much too close, followed me to the 7-11, blocked my exit with his truck, got out and shoved me and pretended to walk aways than turned around and punched me in the head, and drove off. Me and half a dozen witnesses got the plate# and all gave it to the popo. I took the guy to court and even though i dropped the charges, i made sure to inconvenience the guy like he did to me the day it all went down.

It's about sending a message to the public man. Even if all you do is file a report with the police, it's worth it.
