Arrived Bettendorf at 5 pm Central Time. Nice town. Reminds me a bit of Renton, Washington.
Treated to pizza and ice cream by Erin and Mike. No photos of me in my Buckeye pyjamas. Yet.

Bettendorf, Day 2, began with installing the Sirius unit in the Saturn. Lunch at the Happy Hobo, a Subway type sandwich shop that makes a tasty tuna sandwich at about half of NYC prices.
Tonight I tasted a taco pizza for the first time, followed by watching Fast Food Nation. Still no word from Arlington Heights.  |
