Ouch! A tat on top of a sunburn? Or the other way around?

I just have a little one on my ankle. I cannot imagine having a giant one like that!

Ouchy!!! That always happens to me too. Get this... I still have a farmer's tan from last summer when I got super scorched one day. And I've been tanning now for over a month and I lost all color this winter. I think I have perma farmer's tan!

I'm surprised your grapes didn't turn into raisins you got so much sun on them.
Get some Aloe on that burn.

My face looks like a lobster. And it hurts... I think I'm going to keep a bottle of sunscreen in my car from now on... I shall never again be unprepared!

Here's a tip that maybe some of the orgers didn't know about... if you get a sunburn, take 2-3 regular aspirin. It allows your pores to open up and releases the heat - hence, no stingy ouchy stuff. I have several techiniques for treating burns.

BUT, over the past couple of years, I've started going to the tanning bed - starting at 2 minute intervals - before knowing summer's coming. Now, I don't burn hardly at all. I was in it all weekend and only used SPF 4 (30 on my face though). By getting exposure early on, it helps me from literally frying!

I rarely ever use sunblock, and it shows. Spent the whole day Saturday outside on an 80 degree cloudless day and I truely have that Red-Neck look now.. Guess it's a fitting end of the day in NH...
