Pending Homeowner!
As some of you know, my life recently changed. I am now divorced, in an apartment, out of my dream home in Portland.
I found something that I want, got financed, seller took my offer, and I will soon be a homeowner! All of these months in limbo, are finally coming to an end. I will be able to walk heavily if I want, turn on my stereo, paint however I want, basically free! I am buying a 1997 manufactured home, set on a foundation on it's own land. It has three bedrooms, two baths, a nice island kitchen, room for my dining room set, I can get my sofa from the house finally, and walk around my bed with ease. It was owned by an elderly lady, so I doubt there were too many keggers held there. There is a large, tree shaded deck on the front, parking behind a gate, easy yard care. It's on an indented elbow on a street, in a private corner. (Lots of room for little, round cars!) Here are a few pictures, from the listing. I'll take more when I go back.

Thank you.  It is in Vancouver, WA. I cannot afford the same thing in Portland. It's not so far from work, as I thought I could afford. And, yes, the party will be at my house in September! I will take more detailed pictures tomorrow. The ones above are just from the listing. |
