He had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard,
while he continued to fight the fire.

She is pregnant.

When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest.

A photographer from the Charlotte , North Carolina newspaper, "The Observer," noticed her in the distance looking at the fire man.

He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondered what she was going to do.

As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies, and kissed him,
just as the photographer snapped this photograph.

I posted this a while ago and while it's a very sweet story, sadly it's not true The picture is real and the fire are real and thats about it.

The funny thing about this is - nowhere in the OP does it say it's a dog.

So when you see the picture, it's really funny instead of moving.

Even if the story behind the picture isn't accurate, the picture is still nice.

Again...I wish the story was real, its a sweet one. I wonder why people find pics like that and then make up stories and try to pass em off as true. I guess its the internet version of Telephone. lol
