Default NB spotlight in Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie

Someone may have already mentioned this but did you guys see the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie?
They just happen to have a red NB convertible. It's just cool how they introduce it...."Off, to the New Beetle convertible"
Yes, I am easily amused

I noticed that, they also give credit to VW at the end as well.
I guess as long as they had to put a Beetle in the movie and had to go through VW's stringent guidelines they would pump it for all it was worth.

Nothing like Time Traveling Abraham Lincoln to start a movie off.

You just gotta love the intro to the movie as well.

Here is the first 10 min. of the movie on YouTube. The line is at 7:40

I think that was the only reference, just mentioning that if you watch the credits at the very end they have a thanks to Volkswagen.

Gotcha....
I think it should be the other way around. VW should be thanking the film makers
Either way, it was cool. My oldest son got a big laugh out of it!
But then he said my car sucks!
He didnt get a ride to his friends house after that! How do you explain to your friends that you cant come over cuz you told your Mom her car sucks? How bout this one?
"Dude, tell your mom to come pick me up, Im on the side of the road"?

Dunno - I think the proper punishment, besides a beating, would be no riding in Mama's car anymore.
