Default Can not locat a post AKA NB Trailer

Hey kids,I replied to a post a few weeks ago about a pull behind trailer that someone had photoshoped of a yellow beetle to pull behind their car. It was something they would like to build. I posted a few pics of a trailer I am building and wanted to update the pics......I have no idea what post it was though Does anyone know?

Maybe the thread disappeared? I've had a few posts I couldn't find later, but they were from years ago, not weeks. I just checked your list of posts and there's nothing like that from any time this year.

Was the trailer made of the back half of a NB? That was Evanrude's thread.

I looked at his posts, and it's not there anymore. I'll call him.

Yeah, I guess he deleted the thread. I remember it quite well though, because I really liked the visual effect of 1.5 DYCCs.

So do I

Now all I need is the back half of a 1.8T and some CC wheels, and a little time. Then it would exist.

But since I'm back in college, $$ is an issue and I can't buy the parts, even though I found both the wheels for sale AND a 1.8T beetle shell for sale. Could have had them both for $1,000.

you know what though if you find a whole one bug shell from a 1.8t I would like the front end! How neat would it be to look like a Bug is driving in front of you backwards lol

Talk to Jerry, that is, Bugman (vdubfreak).. he's got the entire shell of an '03 Blue Turbo Beetle.

That was the one I was looking at. The price should be good. You'd just have to put 4 wheels on it and roll it away (after paying him of course).

The link to one of his part-outs is here... and you can message him about it from there.

While that *is* a cool trailer, it's not exactly *unique*

BUT, for sleeping in, it's more functional than mine would be for sure

I really dig that rear half of a beetle trailor; great job Evan!

Bummer about the photos getting wiped. Sorry to see them all go in a rush like that.

I don't think I'd seen that trailor pic before; very cool man.
