Great advice!
I never speed on one such highway. I set my cruise, stay to the right, and watch the idiots go around me, nearly always seeing them a few minutes later, pulled over down the road. It is great fun!
Friday night, there was a saturation patrol going on. Crossing the interstate bridge northbound into WA, I saw a southbound speeder stopped. Not much further up, another, and another, and two more! At the north end, was a motorcycle officer hidden in the middle bike path, sitting up on the rail, radar gun aimed. As I passed, I felt sorry for all the speeding traffic heading for him. But, it was funny, just the same.
No tickets here, as when I drive my car, I feel like I stick out. And, I am paranoid about insurance rates going up, and paying fines.
So, I speed very carefully.
