Those pictures are gorgeous. I need a new digital camera. mine takes great photos but it is the size of a brick.

Great pics! What kind of camera did you use, and is it a DSLR? I have a Sony A100 DSLR and love it. Still learning a bit about it.

Hindi is such a pretty script. (It is Hindi, right?)

The kiss is very nice, as is the three shot.

But what are your sister and brother-in-law doing in that last picture?

The Unity Sand Ceremony is a novel alternative for the popular ''unity candle ceremony'' incorporated into many of today's weddings. The essence is to symbolize the union of ''two into one''. This sand version is not only beautiful and interesting but also more appropriate for an outdoor setting. With the addition of fresh flowers, these distinctive vases will make an intriguing addition to a home's decor.

HERE IS HOW THE UNITY SAND CEREMONY WORKS: Included are the three nesting glass vases. Prior to the wedding pre-fill the two outside vases with the sand - often used are white for the Bride and black for the Groom...

1. The Groom will commence by pouring a portion of his sand into the central glass vase.

2. The Bride will follow by pouring a portion of her sand also into the central vase creating a layered effect.

3. To complete the ceremony, the Groom and the Bride simultaneously pour the balance of their sand into the central vase. If there are children, they can each have their own sand colors and add them after the bride and groom sand layers...The co-mingling of the colored sand represents the joining of the Bride and Groom.

4. Following the wedding, the two outside vases can be used to display fresh flowers while the central vase will remain a cherished keepsake of your wedding day.

Thanks for that - you'd probably have to keep cats away from the sand as they would offer their own form of symbolism about your vows.
