Default Seinfeld fans, you might like this....

I had two separate Seinfeld-related moments today, and I feel compelled to share them with any other Seinfeld fanatics here at the org....

First thing - I get home from an easy hike thru the mountains and I check the mail. I usually just pitch the ad flyers in the trash without a second glance, but this one got a second glance and a "No way!" from me. Check it out!

I honestly don't know what to think about this development, but if I had gotten a little more notice (the flyer arrived the same day as the event), I would have gone, for sure! How could I not go, and still call myself a Seinfeld fan? Sadly, notice arrived too late for me to squeeze it into my packed social schedule.

Look at the image below and then keep it in mind, because an hour or two after I saw that, I was down near 3rd Street looking for architecture reference books for work and I found a copy of the "Coffee Table Book of Coffee Tables"! I'd heard rumors that there really was such a thing. It was $45.00 and I'm too cheap to spring for it, but it was pretty special to run across it right after seeing the festivus thing.

Also, I told Larry David to get in line behind me at the Circuit City down there one day, but that was a while ago.

If you are a Seinfeld fan, you'd enjoy these coffee table hard back books...Letters From a Nut, More Letters From a Nut, and Extra Nutty...Even More Letters From a Nut, using his pen name Ted Nancy. Go to this Amazon site for a sample of what you might see.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

Unfortunately, I see no mention of the Festivus Pole, and Feats of Strength and the Airing of Grievances are not on the agenda.

Remember, Festivus is not over until the head of the family has been pinned.

So it turns out that Festivus dates back to the Roman Empire, or so I learned on The Today Show.

Someone needs to update the Wiki.

How can they have a meet and greet with Santa at a Festivus event? That's just wrong.

I suspect that the people putting on that event are not "masters of their domain".
