I'll take your word for it. I hope I never have to go there again. Now Baldy on the other hand, always ends up bitch slapping almost every time he goes there. The worst was when he registered the Ghia. He bought it from a car company in Utah and when he went to register it in California, the dumb **** DMV made him pay the previous owners back registration. Apparently she hadn't paid it for 3 years. Which was like $90 in fees (nothing) but compounded with penalties, it came to just over $700 for him to register it here. There was nothing he could do either. They WOULD NOT let him register it until he paid the back fees. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE THE CA DMV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Miguel is a bonehead. He needs to be pistol whipped. Amy's right, he totally have you 20 gallons. LOL

I wouldn't have paid for it. That happened to me once before and I told the dude "I told you 10 dollars not 20! How does 20 sound like 10?" Then the manager, who spoke only slightly better English than the tool who pumped my gas, came over and started yelling at me saying he was going to call the cops. So I said "Here! I'll do it for you!" and I took out my cell phone and started dialing and he said "It's ok! It's ok! Go go go! Leave" That's right, biotch! I called his bluff. I only had 10 on me so why would I have asked for 20?

Here we'd have had to throw pesos at him. Do you know that there's restaurants, gas stations and c-stores that accept pesos here?

They do actually take Euros at a majority of the hotels here. So at least you know you don't have to go to Denmark to use them. You can just come to Palm Springs.

i completely gave up on cash money the day i got my first debit card. i used to hate having to "go to the MAC machine" to get $20 to go out for the day. If you don't take plastic, you just lost my business.

True. I was in Kohl's with the kids the other day and their debit network was down and guess what? They lost out on $53 of our hard earned American pesos. lol


But don't even get me started on places that CHARGE to use debit *cough* JAMBA JUICE! *cough*. That just pisses me off.

So my soda machine came yesterday.

I made some seltzer and and added lemon juice. Yum and not a real test.

Made a batch of vanilla coke. Family gave it two thumbs up. They all said it was better than te brand name. Def tastes better w/out HFCS and sugar instead. No ukkky coating left behind.

Very good used as a mixer with Capt Morgan and lime wedge.

Yep. Your bank can charge you AND the place you're using the card at can, too. Usually on my statement it's called a Point of Sale charge or POS charge. Heh..yeah. POS Charge, is right!
