Right now Jethro Tull is in the car. It's a mix the Hubby made so I'm not sure which lp's he used.I don't really have a favorite. As long as it's loud I'm happy.

Most Bruce Springsteen songs are perfect for driving around on a perfect spring or summer day with the sunroof open or the top down, just crusing. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
Thunder Road is one example. Badlands is another great one. |

Right now I am listening to mostly 60's & 70's French Music! Great stuff! For example: * Brigitte Bardot * Gainsbourge And stuff that sounds like French 60's & 70's music: * April March * Paris Combo - also does Greek, Japanese, Italian, etc. * Pink Martini - also does Greek, Japanese, Italian, etc. Just plain French music: * Françoise Hardy * Francoiz Breut * France Gall * Sunnyside Cafe Series (album) Then I have some stuff that is weird/cool/spiffy: * Ennio Morricone * Bombay the Hard Way (album) * Sh!tbirds (same as April March but a different name - she animated for Ren & STimpy under the name Elinore Blake) * Kill Bill soundtracks * William Shatners "Has Been" * Cashier Escape Route Anyone ever heard of røyksopp? Well ... you get the idea. I love French music. It sounds GREAT in Zoomer. If anyone ever gets the chance ... definatly check this groups out. Great stuff! |

Our favorite "road disc" is Johnny A's "Sometime Tuesday Morning". It's all instrumental, a jazzy rock guitar trio. The songs are the kind that make you want to fill up the tank and just go somewhere.
