is the R32 not for the us anymore ? vw.com doesn't show or offer, but in euro. it does....

i'm pretty sure that, since it's technically a GOLF R32 and not a GTI R32, they're just waiting until the new Golf hits the market, then bringing out whatever special edition, rather R32 or R36... (but i could be totally wrong, cuz i don't really know.)

whichever they bring i hope they bring the 3-door too.

Probably not until the next body style hits. The new Golf we just got here will be phased out by 2008 due to it being more expensive to produce than produce than previous models...

We may not get the R32 because we are likely getting the R36 at some point. I've read that in numerous car magazines and vw websites.
