Default Air Conditioner Repair

No, not fo the car. For my bedroom.

Anyone know how to fix em? Mine broke. I turn it on and it does nothing. I'm thinking of tearing it apart and giving it a god. Warranty is up. What do y'all think? Should i give it a try?

I don't know anything about them other than power, no power. I guess you cant do much more harm then has already happened. I say go for it.

JOhn you should be able to pull the front cover off, most of them have a filter in the front make sure that isnt Clogged up , also check to see if it has water laying in the bottom , its possible it froze up if theres a lot of water collecting on the bottom , if so you may have to tip it back some so the water can run out ..

also, try just running "fan" for a while....if that isn't working, chances are that's the only problem.
