Welcome to the open discussion thread for any and all things Star Trek. We would love to discuss any of the various series from the original Star Trek (aka TOS), Star Trek: The Next Generation (ST:TNG or TNG), Star Trek: Voyager (ST:VOY or VOY), Star Trek: DS9 (ST: DS9 or DS9) or Star Trek: Enterprise (ST:ENT or ENT). Or you can discuss any of the 10 movies that have come out or the pending movie currently scheduled for release in December 2008.

Feel free to discuss collectibles or share your collections! Pictures are always welcome and encouraged. Discuss your favorite characters and shows. Or even any of the hundreds of books that have been written through the years.

Our resident subject matter expert, Beetlescott (Scott), will be available to answer those nagging questions you have had like "What happened to Wesley Crusher?" or "How come those pesky Romulans look like Vulcans?".

YAY! I am excited! I promise some pics of my trek toys this week! I have placed all my ornaments on the glass shelves where they live durning non Christmas months! Thanks so much Su for beginning this thread! Please everyone who is interested, post your thoughts!!!!

A couple of us are collecting the Hallmark Star Trek Christmas ornaments. There are currently 46 ornaments available. The first one is a 1991 Enterprise NCC-1701 - from TOS. We put together a list of all of the ornaments so we could keep up with our collections. In case anyone else would like to collect or already collecting, I have provided an text file to download. If you would like the same document in Excel format, please PM me.

We are finding most of our ornaments on eBay but you can find them at garage sales, flea markets or other places.

Scott will be posting pictures of his collection shortly. I have several of them as well and hope to post pictures of my collection as well.
