Do you have is personal email account? Go to porn sites and get him on the mailing list for as much porn as you can. Anything junk email related, sign him up! Whatever contact info you have on him, get into the 'hands' of as many spammers as possible. Make him regret ever screwing with you!

With that said, good luck!

Oooooh neat! He has my email address, too. But it's not like if he got a bunch of spam, he'd know it was me. I could sign him up for magazine subscriptions, too.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

I'm REALLY good at being mean! I have a psyhco delusional woman in my neighborhood who believes that if your pets aren't inside livin like people that they are being abused and neglected. She has called animals services on us a few times and each time they've came out and complimented me on my dog's behavior, says he's being properly cared for and to ignore the hag because she does it to LOTS of people in the neighborhood. I came across her email address during a random google search of her and she should be getting ALL KINDS of bestiality porn.

wow!
i've read through so much anger in this thread!

i had it happened to me a month ago.
some lady won 2 of my auctions, than decided she didn't want them anymore.
yeah, it tict me off, but freaking out about it won't get me anywhere.
i did a non-paying bid report through Ebay, Ebay refunded me my listing fees, and now my stuff is right back up there again.

to me, it seems the guy was genuinely trying to make right for the wrong he did.
he admitted he screwed up, and wanted to at least pay for the fees; quite honorable in my eyes, most people would just bail out.
you freaked out at him, so he retracted his offer.

point is anger doesn't solve anything.
and, most certainly, revenge only makes things worse.
let it go.
get your money back for the listing fees from Ebay, and move on.
that's what i did anyway.

I still disagree. By letting him pay me the fees, it's like saying what he did (bid, won, didn't pay) was OK. I feel I was well within my rights to freak out on him - after all, he's the one who was wrong here. I just don't get why anyone would side with this guy. It's like saying "well, he screwed me over and wasted my time, but he sure was nice about it...".

Oh well. I'll file my unpaid item thing tomorrow and see how it goes.

Sorry but have to agree with mentalVdub...Granted the guy won and decided to back out, but look at what he offered to do. Had you taken him up on that you'd have the item back up for sale and a new buyer before you knew it. No stress, no heartache and peaceful night sleeps. Sure sounds like you really have taken this way to far. It the long run what's all this grief going to do? Let it go.

The man could have paid the minute Callisto told him what the fees were, as I said earlier, SAYING and DOING are 2 different things. I've had several people over the years "offer to pay the fees." I had ONE who actually did.

Haha I like what Shannon said... I have a few friends that randomly sign their friends up for free magazine trials just for kicks and laughs. Some are just funny (like Kitties of the Month or something) but some are a little on the nasty side. It's hillarious! You do have his house address, right...?

The same time you wrote this thread, Erin, I was going through a tiny eBay ordeal as well. I sold a Lacoste watch for a friend. I have my eBay and my PayPal set up to recieve emails when an item is paid for. I got neither. I request in my auctions that the item be paid for within 3 days or I'll hunt you down with a metal bat () so I gave the buyer 3 days to pay me and I never got an email either site. I contacted himand he said he sent payment via PayPal. I checked my PayPal and, sure enough, there it was. I told him I never got the emails and he was totally fine about it. It was a big misunderstanding and everything was fine. He emailed me saying he was happy how I handled the situation and would leave positive feedback when he got the watch.

A few days later I checked my feedback and he left me neutral!!! He's pretty new to eBay so I think he accidentally hit "feedback" instead of "email" because the feedback that was left was more like what you'd write in an email and he says he didn't do it intentionally. I don't know. He says he's contacting eBay to try to get it fixed but who knows. My 100% feedback went to 94.1% because of 1 neutral out of 137. That doesn't figure quite right to me.
