We lost our Rusty July 2010, I promised Carolyn I would get her a dog as soon as we bought a house. Her name is Coco, she weighs about 2 lbs. She is supposed to be about 6 lbs when she is full grown. we haven't had her a week yet and we are both SMITTEN!!!!

Haha yeah, I'm continually amazed by how long these cats can make themselves
 They've never really been on carpet before so they do this thing where they run around all crazy and suddenly just flop down and start rubbing themselves on the carpet  It's totally hilarious!

Not to try and bring anyone down, but we are close to losing one of our Beagles. He has disemmiated hystiocystic sarcoma. Had 1 treatment of chemo, hopefully will have another this Sat. Poor fella not doing well. Second Beagle we will lose to cancer. Unfortunately even the chemo is not a cure, it's pretty much just buying him a bit more time. Having issues dealing with euthanasia but I'm not going to let him suffer hopefully next chemo treatment we will see a bit of improvement. If not then I know what will need to be done, which will break my heart. Sad part of it all is he's only 3.5 years old.

Sorry to hear about Otter John. I have an old beagle, Benny that I got 3 years ago. He was old then and this past winter he lost a lot of weight. He is still happy and seems to be fine so I will enjoy the rest of my time with him as you will with Otter.

We lost OTTER today, after a breif battle with cancer.
We had to make the tough decision to put him down, however he passed away moments before actually having to have it performed. A Tribute To "OTTER" The one absouletly unselfish friend a man can have in this selfish world,the one that never deserts him,the one that never proves ungrateful or treacherous,is his dog. A Man's dog stands by him in prosperity and in poverty,in health and in sickness. He will sleep on cold ground,where the wintry winds blow and the snow drives feercely,if only he may be near his master's side. He will kiss the hand that has no food to offer;he will lick the wounds and sores that come in encounter with the roughness of the world. He guards the sleep of his pauper master as if he were a prince. When all other friends desert, he remains. When riches take wings and reputation falls to pieces, he is as constant in his love as the sun in it's journey through the heavens. Rest in peace OTTER You will be missed.  OTTER 2009-2012

I'm sorry to hear about Otter. But, rest assured, he had a happy, although short, life with you. For that, we can all be grateful. Rest in peace, from me and Dukey, Otter.
